I've worked with this showroom for three years now. As a designer I find them very easy to work with: I can always take a rug to a site 'on trial', and they are reachable by phone whenever I need something selected. They carry rugs and curtains across price segments. For curtains they're ideal — they hold their own fabrics, so there's no two-month wait for deliveries.

Over many years of working together I have fitted out even the most demanding projects with this company, and the most exacting clients were satisfied. I have not found this breadth of quality materials and this professional approach anywhere else: samples on hand, sketches drawn up, site visits, superb hardware, expert advice and punctuality in everything.

We couldn't find anywhere to order a custom-size rug for a client's living room, and Salon Hottabych was recommended to us. We ordered a handmade wool rug with silk thread. Anna advised us thoroughly and, a very nice touch, gave us samples before the purchase — it isn't a cheap item. The rug was delivered to the home and the client was delighted.

I bought curtains here and was very happy with the service. Best of all, I didn't have to drive around shops with samples myself. They came over, brought the fabrics, held them against the interior on the spot, looked at how they read under our lighting, and together we picked the best option. The approach to choosing a rug impressed me even more. The showroom selection is so large that at first you get lost. Here they suggested not guessing — they simply brought the rug to our home so we could see it in the interior. It genuinely works: you immediately see the size, colour, texture, and how the rug works with the furniture, curtains and floor. They don't just sell you curtains or a rug — they help you choose something that will actually look good at home.

A censer coal burned a hole in our rug and the damage was serious. Unfortunately not a single craftsman or shop in Odesa was willing to take it on, and we needed the repair because a new rug wasn't affordable. I found this service through a Google search and I'm very glad I did. The manager explained everything clearly and I received progress updates throughout.
