Delivery and Payment Terms at Hottabych Carpet Salon

You can choose and order a modern, classic, or designer carpet with delivery throughout Ukraine. We ship to Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv and other cities. Delivery takes 1–5 days, and orders over 5000 UAH are delivered free of charge.

Return and Exchange Policy

We follow honest and transparent return rules. Every customer has the right to return or exchange a purchase in accordance with Ukrainian law.

1. What items can be returned or exchanged

• Items of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
• Items of improper quality can also be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
• We do not accept products with signs of use, stains, damage, or traces of self-washing.

2. Return terms and conditions

• You may return an item within 14 days after receiving it.
• Refunds are issued within up to 14 days after the item is returned to our warehouse and inspected.
• The item must be in its original condition: unused, with intact packaging and factory labels.

4. How refunds are processed

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (cash or non-cash).
• Refund processing time — up to 14 days.

5. Transportation cost

• In case of return or exchange, the delivery cost is paid by the customer.
