Rug 9065-86, beige-brown, 160×230

Geometry and colour

This is not a floral rug but strict geometry. The field is divided into squares of different depth — from pale caramel to dark chocolate — and each holds cream rings, half circles and thin concentric lines. A dark frame at the edge pulls the drawing together. There is little true beige here: it works as a light line, while the main tone is a warm brown.

Polypropylene, machine-made

The rug is machine-woven from polypropylene. Crisp ring outlines come precisely from machine weaving, and the material tolerates wet cleaning and strong light. New Dimension series, made in Belgium.

How to use it

The brown-caramel palette sits well on wooden floors and warm-toned furniture: an oak table or a walnut chest gets the right backdrop. The 160×230 cm size suits a living room, study or bedroom. Contemporary patterns without floral ornament are in modern rugs. For a calm traditional design, see the beige 55003-652 or browse classic rugs.

Care

The dark squares hide fine dust well, while the light rings are better wiped at once: a stain on a cream line shows more. An ordinary vacuum head is enough, and wet cleaning is done with a slightly damp cloth and no harsh chemicals.
