Rug Everest 3358V, blue-grey, 160×230

What 3358V looks like

The design plays a plain centre against a decorative frame. The field is grey with a lilac cast and soft pale streaks, so the single colour never looks flat. Its edge is not straight: the border reaches into the field in waves, like a lace doily.

The border itself is blue and fairly wide, filled with scrolls, small flowers and paisleys. On the outside it is closed by a narrow band with a repeating geometric motif, and the short sides finish in short pale fringe.

Material and size

The pile is acrylic and the rug is loom-made. At 160×230 cm it suits the area in front of a sofa with a coffee table, or a bedroom where the rug lies across the bed and leaves a soft strip underfoot on both sides.

What to pair it with

A blue border calls for cool support: white or light grey furniture, linen, pale wood. If the room has warm accents, keep them in textiles rather than large furniture so the rug does not compete with the interior.
