Faux fur mat 60×90 taupe

Taupe is neither beige nor brown but the tone between them, with a pink admixture. In the photographs of this mat it reads as dusty rose damped down with grey: warm but quiet, behaving in a room like a neutral rather than an accent.

This is synthetic fur, polyester fibre. Nothing natural is in the composition; the hide shape is a cutting decision, not the origin of the object.

Its neighbours differ more subtly than their names suggest. The grey-beige mat 60×90 is cooler and changes temperature with the light, while the brown one is far darker. Similar pieces in mood sit under modern rugs.

All thirteen colours cost the same, so the choice comes down to shade and pile length alone. Care: vacuum along the pile and blot any stains. We have not tried washing it and will not advise it.
