Polypropylene rug Ace 7481-645 beige and blue 160×230

Graphics

The design is built on large blocks of colour: two milky, two deep blue, with grey stripes between them, as if the rug were pieced from different fabrics. Black stems with pointed leaves and curls wind freely over the blocks. Their line does not break at the colour borders, so the composition reads as one. The look is contemporary and suits furniture with simple shapes.

Material

The pile is polypropylene, dense and of medium height. The fibre is not afraid of moisture, does not shed colour and builds up less static than some other synthetics. Spilled tea or juice comes off with a damp cloth if you act quickly. The rug is light, easy to carry and to shake out.

The 160×230 size

This format works in a living room of up to 15 square metres or in a bedroom, in front of the sofa or beside the bed. From the same Ace collection there is the black and white check 7462-230, the same size with strict monochrome graphics, and in a larger 200×300 format Ace 7461-60 with circles.

Pairing

Blue blocks can be echoed by cushions, chairs or a poster in cool tones, grey stripes by metal furniture legs. Keep the walls light so the black drawing stays readable. More designs like this are in the modern rugs section.
