Oval polypropylene rug Axion 5797-937 grey 240×340

Design

The centre of the oval is graphite grey, almost plain, with soft tonal shifts. At two opposite ends pale lines run across the field, stylised handwriting without readable words. The field is framed by a band of orange and terracotta sections with black notches and small light ovals, and a wide black edge runs round the outside. The room photos show how the dark edge holds the rug together on the floor.

A note on colour

In the photos the main colour is grey with an orange border rather than blue. Before ordering, compare the shade with the photos on this page or ask a manager for a picture taken in the showroom.

Material and care

The pile is short, dense polypropylene. It is easy to vacuum, tolerates damp cleaning and keeps its colour. In a playroom this helps: traces of modelling clay or juice come off without chemicals.

Size and shape

At 240×340 cm this is one of the largest formats in the catalogue. The oval fits a living room with a sofa and two armchairs, or a children’s room where it covers almost the whole floor. A similar warm palette in a rectangle is Ace 7461-60 with circles, and a compact rug in red and orange is Rainbow 9690-610. More graphic designs are in the modern rugs section.
